To be eligible for a full refund:

• •You are on an individual 3-month or lifetime plan (monthly and team plans are not eligible for refunds)
• •You request the refund within 30 days of your first eligible purchase date
• •You have not watched more than 60% of the video content (approximately 180 videos)
• •You purchased the class directly from our official website
• •This is your first purchase (not a renewal or repeat purchase)

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:

• •Send from the email address used for your original purchase (for verification)
• •We'll process your request within 3 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts for security reasons.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

• •You'll receive a confirmation email with refund details
• •You may continue accessing the class materials until access is revoked (usually within 24 hours)

Class Compatibility Concerns

Before purchasing, please review the class requirements. However, if a class doesn't work on your system due to compatibility issues and you made an eligible individual purchase, you're fully covered by our 30-day guarantee.

Exceptions

The money back guarantee applies to your first individual purchase of a 3-month or lifetime plan only. Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds, as they can be cancelled at any time without commitment. Team plans, subscription renewals, and recurring billing charges are not covered by the guarantee. The following situations may also have different policies:

• •Promotional or discounted purchases: Full refund available, but promotional pricing may not be reapplied to future purchases
• •Team, corporate, or volume licenses: Not eligible for refunds unless your custom agreement says otherwise

Fraudulent or Illegal Activity

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, including but not limited to:

• •Repeated purchases and refund requests
• •Attempts to obtain multiple refunds for the same license
• •Use of stolen payment methods
• •Violation of our Terms of Service
• •Unauthorized downloading of class videos
• •Unauthorized distribution, piracy, or sharing of class content (detected through our monitoring systems)
• •Accounts terminated or suspended due to excessive account sharing
• •Any use of the platform in connection with unlawful activity
